Dream Marshal

She can control minds and is on the government payload to do so. Creapy... She is currently at work (this explains the purple hazy, green and yellow bubble backgroud). Her wardrobe, and the bubbles, are green and yellow because they are the primary colors of the government marshal system. Her Dream Marshal badge is on the right part of her vest--a green base badge with the yellow cloud signifying her Dream status. Dream Marshals' history are removed so they can go anywhere and do anything without anything holding them back--other than the Law, of course. Note: This is why she is never refered to by name.
